Privacy Policy

The short version

We keep as little as possible, and we host our own analytics so your visit to an adult site is not handed to an ad network. We never sell your data.

1. What we store in your browser

• yc_age_ok — that you confirmed you are 18+. Local to your browser.

This is a localStorage entry, not an advertising cookie. Clearing site data removes it.

2. Analytics

We use a self-hosted analytics endpoint under our own control (a Cloudflare Worker we operate). Nothing on this page is sent to Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, PostHog's cloud, or an ad exchange. We collect only: which of a small, fixed set of events happened (a card came into view, a loop played, a watch/support link was clicked, you joined the list, or you viewed the join-only landing page), which episode/platform/surface it relates to, and any utm_* campaign parameters already in the page URL. We do not log your IP address, your browser or device identity, or a session replay/recording of any kind.

3. Email and Telegram

If you submit an email address we store the address, the date, and which offer you responded to, so we can send you the promised scene and future drops. If you join our Telegram channel, Telegram holds your account data under its own privacy policy; we see only what Telegram shows channel operators. Unsubscribe at any time; we delete the address on request.

4. Third parties we link to

Clicking a watch link, a Telegram link, or a platform link takes you to a service we do not control. Their privacy policies apply from that moment.

5. Legal basis and your rights

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest for first-party analytics and consent for marketing email. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may object to analytics. Where the CCPA/CPRA applies: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. Requests: studio@yumecrest.com.

6. Retention

Analytics events: up to 12 months. Email list entries: until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

7. Children

This site is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above.
